Injustice 2: New Character Reveal Coming Soon! A new Injustice 2 character reveal will be taking place next Thursday! As of right now, we don’t have much else to work with in terms of who this new character is going to be, but it’s safe to assume it’ll be a character from the leaked roster. As for what this trailer will be focused on, I’m pretty sure it will be a continuation of the “Shattered Alliances” trailers that NetherRealm is meant to be releasing. In other words, this all new character reveal will probably be really similar to how Cyborg was revealed earlier in the week. Though I’m fine with seeing story-mode details being revealed, it’s a bummer that’s it’s going to be at the expense of sacrificing some of the new characters’ gameplay. As for who I wanna see, I’d love to see the Flash FINALLY revealed after nearly 7 months of waiting. Anyways, what do you all think of this? Are you excited for this all new character reveal? INJUSTICE 2 might be getting new character reveals as soon as next month. Based on what we’ve seen in the past from NetherRealm Studios and their pre-release schedules from before, here’s a list I’ve put together of ALL the possible places where we might see a new character reveal for Injustice 2! For starters, we have PAX West taking place during the first week of September. In the past, Injustice was playable at PAX events before the game’s official launch. If anything, PAX West will be an opportunity to see the likes of Deadshot finally in action apart from his scene in the most recent trailer. From there we have Tokyo Gameshow taking place in the middle of September. In 2012, before Injustice 2 was released, a new trailer for the game was reveal at Tokyo Gameshow. If history repeats itself (which very well might happen), it’s safe to assume we’ll get something out of this convention. At the end of September, we have Igromir in Russia. Just in 2015 we had Igromir accidentally reveal the KP2 DLC for Mortal Kombat X. Could we see another announcement coming from this expo? Lastly, during the second week of October we have New York Comic Con! Just recently at SDCC, we saw Blue Beetle and Wonder Woman revealed. With this being another comic-book convention, safe to say the chances are high to see something here as well. This past week Ed Boon has been hinting at a lot of characters for Injustice 2. So in this video I go through all of them, and tell you guys my thoughts on what ones could possibly get revealed at next weeks Gamescom! Gamescom is August 18-21, and New York Comic Con is October 6-9, so expect character reveals then. Anyways I hope you guys enjoy the video 🙂
